Monday Weigh Ins
See, that's the kind of thing that drives me bonkers! I seldom go over 800 calories a day since surgery. I was just thinking that maybe I wasn't getting enough? But, I am only on the treadmill every other day...so maybe that would make a difference. I do lift weights as well, so perhaps I'll just mix it up a little and alternate days...I usually use the treadmill and then weights immediately following. I guess I really can't complain...things are still moving in the right direction.
I know. I hear some people say try uping your calories and you'll lose weight and then I hear of people 6 months out only getting 600-800 calories. I was worried I was going over 1000 calories, so I'm really trying to stay under 900. Who knows! You are doing great though. You have lost a lot of weight and your BMI is the 28's! That's AWESOME!!!
Good morning everyone!!!
I am down 2.4 lbs this week....and drumroll please...**********I have lost a total of 101 lbs!!!!!!************ Whoo!! Hoo!!!!! and I'm only 3 lbs away from onederland! (though I think these 3 lbs are probably going to take their good sweet time! haha)
I still can't believe it...I still see a 304lbs woman when I look in the mirror...I know the mental thing will take a long time to adjust to.
As always...thank you to each and every one of you that have been so supportive with this journey...you guys are great!!!
Have a wonderful week....

Stephanie,
You are doing so awesome!! I know what you mean about not imagining a year ago where we would be....I was adamant about not having the surgery, until I found out it could be done lap...then it all fell together for me. People ask me if I would do it again....You bet your a** I would!!!! Without hesitation...it's the smartest thing I could have ever done...maybe not the easiest some days, but, most definately the smartest...I have a new lease on life and for that it is worth it all.
Keep up the good work!
Stacy
