Jamba juice or Frapacchino light
If you like fraps try this: Order a doppio (double shot) espresso, over ice, in a grande cup (you can get decaf if you're doing the decaf thing), with 2 shots of sugar free whatever (I prefer sf cin. dolce.....but sf vanilla or sf caramel are good too). Then fill it up with non-fat milk (ok, I do 2 % - the fat in it keeps things moving IYKWIM for me) after they give you the espresso - don't ask them to put the milk in it or they'll charge you for a latte. You'll get a yummy, lf, sf iced latte for under $2.
Frap lites are still full of sugar and fat. I didn't know that until my son worked at Starbucks.
Not sure about Jamba. If they only make them with fresh fruit (no added sugar or juice) then you're probably ok.
I tried a SF Cinnamon Dolce Frap Light tonight with light whip and I did fine. I also get the SF, Non Fat Cinnamon dolce latte and just love them. The frap wasn't as thick/full feeling as I remember the ones with all the sugar in them to be, but I like it a lot, but not as much as the latte. It was hot outside and I was in the mood for something cold.
I read somewhere on the Texas boards that there is a Sugar Free, Crystal Light Slurpee at Seven Eleven's. If I ever happen to pass by one, I might stop in and try one. I am not as crazy about Crystal Light after surgery, but willing to try it in the form of a slurpee to beat the summer heat and thirst. Apparently, there are several people who work @ 7/11 here in Dallas who had the surgery, I think about 7-8 people, so maybe they inspired the company to have weight loss alternatives.
Let me know if you venture out on anything.
