The Hair!!!
Okay ladies...it wanted to post to say thank you for all of the positive remarks that you have given about my hair cut. It really helps to feel somewhat more at peace with the drastic migration of my tresses!! I really had no other choice but to cut it off, either that or walk around looking like I had mange!
Anyway, I am now used to it being short, and in fact need to have it trimmed again to shorten some of it up. I had forgotten how much easier and quicker it is to fix short hair in the morning ! I may just keep it short after my hair does come back in...thankfully the loss has slowed down quite a bit.
I thank you all once again...it means a lot.

I already told you, but I think it's beautiful on you. I would love to chop mine all off, but my hubby doesn't like short hair on me, so hopefully I can continue to hide the mange by keeping my hair up in a clippy until it begins to come back in mine hasn't slowed yet...in fact I was wearing short sleeves today so I spent about 20 mins grabbing at lose hairs this morning so I didn't go koo koo at work today with tickly fallen hair on my arms.
Well, you know Lori...all I had to do was be brave long enough for the first snip to take place...after that there was no turning back! Seriously, it wasn't that bad...kind of freeing. Now when I see hair in the drain or on my hands as I style it...it doesn't seem so bad...not like it did when it was longer. Don't get me wrong...I can't wait for my hair to come back in!! I think that maybe it will just look better as it fills in again. I am almost certainly going to keep it short for a while...maybe a few years...before I consider growing it long again. Good luck to you if you decide to take the plunge!! I think that you would look really cute with short hair. I have to tell you, with the support of everyone here, and my family and friends of course, it has made losing my hair and then cutting it much more bearable. I almost feel pretty on the outside again!
