My 5 month anniversary!

It's been five months since surgery.. how time flies! I have lost 73 pounds since surgery and a total of 166 pounds all together. It has been an amazing journey.. so far. I have gone from a size 28 to a size 14.... i never thought i would ever be this small.... ever! As per my Doc i still have another 40 pounds to go. I cannot believe the self confidence i have gained. It really feels wonderful! I have so much more energy, I am not as tired as i was when i was heavier, and i am sooooo much healthier! My husband also had his surgery the same day. He is down 72 pounds! He is off his high blood pressure medication and his sleep apnea has improved signifigantly. Although in the beginning, things were a little bumpy for us both going through our changes, He has been my rock through all of this. I want to thank everyone on OH who has been so supportive, everyone in our support group for being there for us!
