I lost three pounds this week, yeehaw!
For all of you who get discouraged. I know exactly how you feel but let me tell you from experience that weight loss (especially after you lost a whole bunch already) is not going to be consistent.
For the past few weeks I've been teetering with a pound here and there (a week) having had a big weight loss of 4 lbs a few weeks prior.
I was thinking that I'm eating too much (which I'm def not) or not exercizing enough (which I'm not...but...) and here this week to my surprise I lost 3.5 pounds. ( I didn't count the .5 to give a leg up for next week!)
I get so down on myself on the weeks I hardly lose, but we gotta remember that we already lost a whole bunch in a very short amount of time and that our weight will fluctuate.
Now...if only I'd take my own advice.

Hi Beth,
I totally agree with what you said. I try not to get too upset or bothered when I "only" lose a pound or two each week. But, like you said, we have already lost such a large amount of weight in a relatively short time. I think that we sort of lose perspective. In any case, you had a great week!
