Isopure water (protien water)

Hello, I just wanted to inform everyone of this Isopure water. It is protien water and you can get it at GNC. It is actually really good tasting. I just found out about it when I went in to the docs yesturday. It has 40 grams of Protien 0 sugars 55 mg of calcium 0 carbs 45 mg of Potassium 160 calories I have only tried the Grape Frost so far an I think it is pretty good!!!

I love it! For those of you who are military, they carry this at the commissary for $1.99 - a little cheaper than I've found it anywhere else.

Wow thanks for sharing Jessica, I have been searching for an alternative to the shake as I can barely stomach it now. I do a shake for breakfast but just cannot bring myself to do another. Anna
