Hair Loss

Since surgery, I have experienced quite a bit of hair loss. I started out with a very thick head of hair, so it's not so noticeable to anyone else. But to me, especially when I sit and comb my hair after a shower or something, I can tell. Oh well, I'm not going to complain too much at this point. Not unless it starts falling out faster...

My hairloss is driving me mad right now, but I am hopefull it will stop soon. Am adding mmore protein to my diet! I expected it but once it hit..OMG, it's sad!

After 5 months post op, I have now joined the ranks of shedders. I can't believe how I went from losing no hair to losing it in chunks. Eeek! I too am taking Biotin and trying to get as much protein as I can in. I just had blood work done and it said I was low on protein. Oh well, see you guys in the hat section at Dillards. Katy B
