Good Morning Everyone,
Hope all you Dad's had a nice Father's Day !! I had a good week and broke the 2 pound mark. I have been walking and am now up to 3 miles at least 5 times a week.
Stephanie.. you will make it.. I have faith in this surgery. I know now that we all have good and bad weeks.. But we are all feeling better about ourselves and healthier and that is what really matters. Not What The Scale Says. So keep positive !!

Down 3 more this week....I'm happy with that. A steady 2 -3 pounds a week is a good thing. I have never in my entire life been able to lose consistently 2 pounds a week for weeks in a row. I'm so thankful for having this surgery!
Stephanie - Wow - what an amazing work out week!! Your body is just trying to adjust to all that activity and great losses you just had. Keep up the great work !! I wish I could do even half of that excercise.

Good morning all, hope everyone had a nice weekend. Well I am down three pounds this week, I wasn't sure that was going to happened since i missed a couple of my workout days, but it did. Anyway, Stephanie I agree with the others your body just needs time to catch up , I'm sure you will loose some next week.

I've not been paying enough attention lately to my weight loss from week-to-week. I am addicted to the scale, so I weigh like everyday, but I've noticed a lot of fluctuation this week. Loss, gain, loss, gain, loss... Point being: I'm down to 305! I can't wait to get to 299!
