Monday Morning Weigh In
Good morning everyone!! Hope you had great weeks! It looks like the gain bug has bitten me! I gained a pound last week. Oh well, I am not going to stress about it this week, but if next week isn't better, I will be calling on you guys to drag me out of the slump! lol
I did meet my work out challenge last week. I worked out for a total of 6 days and on three of those days, I worked out twice! It was a great week for me as far as eating and gettting my water and supplements in...so with that being said I am not too bummed about the gain...so here are my stats:
HW 327

LW 245.4
CW 246.4
Gained 1 pound

Stephanie- Good attitude... with all your working out, I am sure you lost fat and it will show on the scales next week. You also had been having some really big losses lately, so your body may be catching up a little!

Since I did not lose last week, this keeps me in the 2 pound per week range. Although I would LOVE to have a big week since I have never had one since the first weeks of surgery, I cannot complain about "slow" and steady!

Well I only lost 1 pound this week but that's the way it goes! Stephanie, you have a great attitude! Hopefully some of it will rub off on me.
