WOW moment
So even though I have been having some one pound weekly losses, Im satisfied with that. I went to see my general doc for the first time since surgery, and it was the best visit ever. To start with when it was time to hop on the scale, the lady started out with what I weighed the last time. I love what happens to the scale, when you weigh less than what is there, it just flops. So, she moved it another notch and started from hi to low. She was like, geez, how much have you lost. She was finally able to balance it around 236ish. Once my doc comes in she was very proud. She went to take my blood pressure, and was very pleased. The main co-morbidity that I have, is that I had high blood pressure, and was taking half of a BP pill (25mg). She said because I have lost alot of weight and have been exercising, I no longer need it. I NO LONGER NEED TO TAKE MEDICINE FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. I couldn't have been happier. I no longer take med. BTW-I hate taking medicine. So now I only take my vitamins. She wants to see me in a month to monitor it. Im feeling really great about this decision.
