Since Stephanie shared her yummy sounding recipe, I thought I would share one I tried last week and it was a big hit. It has a 1/2 C Bisquick, otherwise it is pretty much meat and cheese. Preheat oven to 400 1 pound Burger (beef or turkey) 1/2 Diced Onion 1/4 C ketchup (can use sugar free) 2 TB mustard Salt to taste 1 1/2 C shredded cheese 1/4 C real bacon bits 2 eggs 1 c milk 1/2 C Bisquick Brown burger with onion, drain off grease and add ketchup, mustard, and salt to taste. Put in the bottom of a pie pan sprayed with Pam, top with all but 1 TB of bacon and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese. Mix last 2 ingredients, pour over meat and cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bacon. Bake for 25-30 minutes until lightly brown on top. Yummy!

Anna- DH and I were talking about how easy it would be to change, too. His suggestions was to put taco seasoning in the meat and then mix salsa into the crust before baking. I thought it was really good how it was, but maybe next time putting BBQ sauce in the meat instead of mustard and ketchup. Oh, and my favorite thing was that I had everything already in the house to make it! Hope you like it. Belle

OH! And where it says "mix the last 2 ingredients" it should be the LAST 3 INGREDIENTS.
