I got this recipe on the back of a fat free package of shredded cheese. This is my first time cooking with ground turkey and I liked it!! Let me know if any of you try this and what you think of it. Have a good day! Chessy BBQ Turkey Burgey Makes 4 Servings 1 lb ground turkey breast 1/4 cup chopped green pepper 1/4 cup KRAFT CARBWELL original BBQ Sauce 1 cup KRAFT FREE shredded cheese, divided 1 medium tomato, cut into 4 slices 4 lettuce leaves Mix turkey, green pepper, bbq sauce adn 1/2 cup of the cheese until well blended. Shape into 4 patties Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add patties: cover. Cook on medium heat 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through, topping each burger with 1 tomato slice and 2 tbsp of the remaining cheese for the last minute of cooking time. Serve each burger on lettuce leaf! Make ahead: prepare turkey mixture and shape into patties as directed. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, cook as directed. No it was not listed on the package. Sorry. But with the recipe using fat free cheese and turkey..calories are probably low. I tracked it on fit day separately and this is what I came up with: Turkey 2 oz was 131 calories, 15 g protein Cheese 1 oz was 31 calories, 5 grams of protein Peppers 1 oz 10 calories, 0 g of protein BBQ Sauce didn't put in fit day..sorry I also did not have tomatoes or lettuce with mine....
