Weight Lost Estimator
Have you all seen this? What a great tool! I am such a worry wart. Remember I was 159 on Monday? Well today I am back to 160. WTH??? UGH! Well, that has me really, really REALLY down. Well I found the weight lost estimator and according to this ( I put in my starting weight and that I want to lose 100% of my excess weight), well according to this I am ahead of schedule. So I guess I can't be too dissapointed. I hate seeing the scale go up, ya know? Check this out though. Pretty cool!!

My Oh and on that page there is a link for weight loss estimator
Hey Janie: I had toyed around with it before and I too was behind schedule..but I think becuase I started out with such a high BMI...it will take a little longer than a year for me to loose all my excess weight. I bet if I changed the time line to 18 months instead of 12 months...I would be on schedule or ahead... So..when I look at things that way...I like the estimator too!! lol
Oooops..>I looked at it again...and it is over a 15-18 month period...and I am way behind!! But I am going to keep hope alive...I am not discouraged by it..I know the weight has to leave if I stay the course..with healthy eating and exercise...now catch me in 18 months and if I am still behind...I don't know what I will be saying then....lol I will be that weight loss estimator to *()_#($!!!
Janie-
You're hilarious!!!
I was reading this strand and then had to laugh when I saw your last post!!!
I think that's the thing that Roxanne told me about to help determine my goal. I thought it was pretty cool too- and I am ahead too- but I also only had about 110 pounds to lose total.
Have a good nite!!!
