I think that it was just due! I had only been losing about 2 pounds per week and really started at the gym a few weeks ago. Maybe all that working out is finally showing up on the scale. Plus I had a pretty good eating week - and maybe I was a bit more diligent this week than other weeks. Either way...I don't think I'll have another 4lb week this week (although I'd like it very much!)

Well, after 6 weeks in the 160's I finally hit the 150's!!! The problem is that I ate terribly and am totally confused as to why I lost this week- although I am elated!!
Highest- 250
Surgery- 241
Last week- 161
This week- 156
My BMI is 25.2 and my total lost post-surgery is 85 pounds, from my highest is 94. I am so grateful for this surgery and my new life- the one that I am actually a participant of!!!
