Monday Morning Weigh In
Hi everyone! Wow, Baddest Mama Jama--5 lbs. by upping your protein. I definitely decided I need to up my protein (I'm bad about not keeping careful count). So this week I'm stepping up the exercise a bit and adding more protein. Honestly, most times I can't see a correlation between what I do and what I lose, but I'll keep trying. Not a bad week (for me anyway)--2.5 lbs.
HW: 265 lbs.
SW: 252 lbs.
LW: 195 lbs.
CW: 192.5

It is my youngest son's last day of school so I am going on a kindergarten picnic today and then hubby and I are going on a walk tonight. Sounds boring but to me I just want to spend sometime with the family away from the stress of work. I am 32 today so it really is not a milestone or anything. I am just happy with the 80lbs.
