Highest Weight 232 lbs Day of Surgery 228 lbs Last Week 171.6 This week 169.2 Total loss for the week 2.4 lbs. I finally made it into the 160's. I also made it into size 12's. I bought a suit for a 3 day business conference that is a size 12. It's even a little loose. I am so excited. I am fitting size Medium to Large shirts and Size 12/14 pants, depending on the style. My next goal is to be in small/medium tops (very doable, since my normal size up top is around 32/34B when all weight is gone). I am currently a size 36B. And I want to be comfortably in size 10 shorts/pants. Which I know is doable as well. Lindy

Hi Lindy, Great Job. Your highest weight was the same as me. I am only 5' 1 and 1/2 " so not very tall. Isn't it fun to buy new clothes? I just don't seem to keep them very long before I have to go new ones... What a shame. Keep up the good work. Roxanne

Hey guys and gals, HW: 290 SW: 284 LW:238.5 CW: 237.0 Im going with the 237.0 because im on my cycle and the scale was going back and forth between this and 236.5. Almost a 2.0 loss, but I will take it, a loss is a loss, right? I know this is personal, but after surgery i was fairly regular, then I didnt have my cycle for 2 months, did anyone else experience this? ~Moni

Hi Moni.... From what I understand, it may take a while for your cycles to become more regular. This is due to the hormones that are stored in our fat coming out now in floods as we lose weight. The timing of my cycles actually improved immediately after surgery...they were crazy and unpredictable before. As the loss slows down I think that the flow of excess hormones from your adipose tissue will slow down and let your body get into a normal rhythm. ~Suz

Hey Moni: So far I have not had this experience...while I would not mind not having it for a few months and not be expecting!! I have always been regular....But I do know that they say when you loose a lot of weight it can cause you to be irregular.
