Monday Morning Weigh Ins
I was on vacation for last weeks weigh in, but I guessed at my weight. It was a decent week for me (more than 1 lb) but only AFTER I decided to add protien drinks did I lose the 2 lbs I lost this week. Maybe next week those numbers will be higher.
High weight 242 lbs
Last week 190
This week 188
I think I'll post another thread asking for ideas to make these nasty protein drinks taste better.
Hello all!
I'm new to this club but I'm eligible as I had my surgery on 1/30.07. Hopefully I can join ? To date I've lost 58lbs! My weight loss was pretty fast in the beginning (probably because I couldn't handle much food) but now it's slowing down a bit. i have started to exercise so that should help move it along.

CW 214
I cannot wait to get below 200!
