Monday Morning Weigh Ins

Good Morning all!! Hope you had wonderful weeks last week and are geering up for another wonderful week today!! I am happy to annouce that the 12 step program is working for me! Two weeks have gone by and each week I only weighed in on weigh day! I am weaning away from the scale addiction!! Anywoo...I have to admit that I wiegh more than once on weigh in day, but after that day is over, I make until the next week when it is time to weigh in. So here are my stats: HW: 327 SW: 318 LW:254.8 CW: 248.8 I am out of the 2 pound club again this week!! 6lbs lost! I dont know if it is because I donated blood, or if I was bloated last week from PMS and that is now over and I had a big loss. What ever the reason...I will take it!! See you guys later. Steph

OMG that is amazing Stephanie, you did AWESOME last week. WOOHOOO!!!! Still on the scale a few times a day, not sure how you are doing it. hehehehehehe! Back to two lbs for me lost for me!!! HW 238 SW 225 LW 164 CW 162 I'll take it though. heheheheheh! Have a great week everyone!

The first week I stuck the scale under my bed, so I guess it was out of site out of mind. Then last week, it was in the living room, which I hardly ever go into. but this morning I know I weighed at least 6 times before coming to work!! lol So we will see how this week goes.

Stephanie- Congrats on the 6 pound loss AND getting away from the scales! Awesome on both accounts! I haven't lost more than 4 pounds in a week since the first few weeks of surgery. I would be SO excited too! Highest Weight 327 lbs Day of Surgery 299.4 lbs Last Week 233.2 This week 229.4 I finally made it to the 220's, and hit the -70 pound mark... just like you! I am relieved, because I have had a bad couple of days. I ate WAY too much, about 1400 calories on Saturday, which really scared me. Then yesterday I ate 3 meals and 4 snacks, although better choices like lots of raw veggies I don't know what's up with how hungry I feel, but I bet it is in my head. It could also be connected to me not getting in my fluids this week, and not hitting my protein mark. Oh well. Next week is a new week! Personal goals for next week (I think I'll post them on the fridge!): 1) Do not exceed 1000 calories a day 2) Drink at least 64 ounce of water a day 3) Exercise atleast 3 times for atleast 30 minutes 4) Take one protein bullet a day 5) Take all of my supplements daily (I have actually been doing well at this ONE thing!) Congrats Janie! I have decided after my first week of no loss last week, that two pounds is GREAT! 162... WOW! I don't know what your goal is, but that is such a great sounding number to me! My goal is 165. When I get to the 160's, you all will be able to hear me screaming from Indiana! Good job! Belle

Thanks Belle! My goal is 135, I'm short, 5'2 and carry a lot of weight in the middle. Thinking I'll need a tummy tuck. UGH! But that's ok. heheheheheheh! LOL @ you screaming from Indiana!! You did great last week!

Hey Belle! Thanks for the congrats!! I was not expecting a 6 lb loss today at all! I think it is good to post mini goals where you can see them during the week. It hink I am going to copy your list and stick it on my fridge too!! I know last week, I had fruit mostly for lunch with maybe a granola bar because I was on the go so much. (My 16 year old got her first job and she was driving me nuts!! Lol) I have a new challenge for me too..I am going to try and work out 2 x's a day for at least three days and once a day for two days, for a total of at least 8 work out. This is just something I want to do for the month of June. Today is the first day I plan to work out twice and got my gym bag at work with me so that is a good sign.
