What's On the Menu...What Did You Eat Today???
Let's see what did I eat today.....
8 oz. coffee w/ 1/2 and 1/2
8oz. muscle milk light - chocolate
8 0z ice tea
lunch - went to buffet also - pork roast, shrimp, chicken ( about 4 0z total), 3 geen beans, lettuce, 2 tiny mozzarella balls, 2 mushrooms
pretzel bits
still drinking water
dinner ??? possibly chinese eggplant w/ chicken
Well, I usually post this on the RNY board...but I think I just might do it here tonight :-}. So, here's the damage:
B: Protein shake~vanilla flavor made with nf milk, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp. Splenda (215c, 30p)
S: Weight Control Oatmeal, Banana Bread flavor (160c, 7p)
L: 1/3 South Beach Meal Replacement Bar, 1 string cheese (150c, 13p)
S: 1/2 New Whey Protein Bullet (88c, 21p)
D: 1/2 cup Chicken, marinated artichokes, cheese tortelloni, w/alfredo (208c, 14p)
Got in all vitamins, 60 ounces water, 821 calories, 85 grams protein
I finally got in enough calories!!!! I think that this is the first time since surgery that I have eaten at least 800! Plus, I actually exercised today!

Aw, thanks so much, Holly. My 15 year old son, Forrest, actually chose this one and told me I needed a new one for my avatar. I'm not sure if he meant it as a compliment, or not?!

L- frozen south beach pizza
S- 12 grapes, SF toffee square
D- 6 grape tomatoes, Boca burger with cheese and 3 pieces of bacon
S- 100 cal pack of cheddar chex mix, 2 cookies
Way short on water and zero exercise...
Thanks for doing this- I appreciate the accountability and the reality check as to what everyone else is eating...

Hey Genie!
Here is what I had yesterday....
Breakfast: 7 Fl oz of blackberry creme smoothie with protein powder mixed in
Lunch: Berry Soy Joy Bar with 3 oz of cantaloupe (sp)
Dinner: Not so good...I had 2 small chicken bites (less than an ounce) I over warmed them and could not eat them ) and Then I had a bite (Less than an oz) of ham hock left over from some greens my mother cooked
And then before bed I had water with Protein powder mixed in it
I did not take my 2nd dose calcuim supplement at bed time either..but I got my other vitamins in during the day. I think I got at least 64 oz of water in as well. And I did not work out at all! I was so tired, I think it is because I donated blood this week. Hopefully my energy will be back up by Monday
