ONEDERLAND

After all my crying and doubting myself, I have finally made it to the big ONE. I weighed in this morning @ 197lbs. WOW! I haven't seen that number since Hector was a pup!! Thank you Stephanie for your words of encouragement, and thank you for suggesting that I try this forum. Just reading through I've already picked up some ideas for getting in my milk and sprucing up my boring menu. Hello Ladies & Gents, and Thank you.
