Highest Weight 422 lbs Day of Surgery 410 lbs Last Week 318 This week 316 I think my weight loss is slowing down some now. But that's ok. I'm very pleased with my results thus far.

WOW Stephanie - what a great loss this week !!! Did you do anything different this week that gave you such a big loss? my week's results - Highest weight- 311 Day of Surgery - 295 Last week - 231.5 This week - 228.5 down another 3 pounds - that makes 82 total!!! I can't complain at all - I'll take slow and steady..... I also went shopping for clothes this weekend and found that I'm in a size 14/16pant!!!! was a 24 in Jan. Keep up the great work everyone...... Marta

I got my lab work back and my protein was low so i added an additional protein shake to my day. Now I have at least two. I am trying up to three but not have much luck. I either drink my protien with water or a premixed yogurt smoothie. But what I really think happened is that I had been in such weight loss slump lately that my body just finally decided to let go of more than 2 lbs!! Cool on the size 14/16!! I know that was a wonderful feeling! And slow and steady works for me too!!

Stephanie - so in order to add the protein shake, did you cut out a meal or snack? I'm just worried if I add a shake ( I don't want to eat less) I'll get in to many calories. Does that make sense?

No I still my 3 meals a day...my breakfast is usually a premade yougurt smoothie w/ less than 100 calories and I add protein powder to that. My other protein drinks are just the poweder mixed with water and they have about 110 caloires. Adding the extra protein drink has help me get in at least 1000 calories day. And yes it does make sense not wanting to get in to many calories. So far this week I have not been drinking them because I have not made the time. I had one yesterday and one so far today....oh well. There's still time.

That's great! I have been quiet on the boards lately but since I had my 3 month (more like 4 month) checkup at the surgeon's office today I thought I'd share... Consult Weight 365 lb Day of Surgery 339 lb This week 279 lb That's 60 lbs since surgery, 86 lbs. total. Century Club, I am coming for you!

Good Monday afternoon everyone! Just a quick post, then back to studying for my Micro final tonight... Highest/surgery: 251 Last Monday: 192.9 Today: 190.5 So, a 2.4lb. loss this week. Not bad~ not great either. And, so close to the 180's....thought I would hit it this morning . Next week is just around the corner . I hope you all have a fabulous day! ~Suz

Well Im almost in the "century club"! Surgery weight: 367 last week: 276 today: 272 so a total loss of 95lbs!! Still got a long way to go, but its so nice to see 2 something instead of 3 something on thoe scales!! mary
