Metabolism Boosters?
Does anyone have any suggestions for jump starting your metabolism, either from your own experiences or from what your surgeon/RD has told you? I am not doing anything different, but my -3 pound weekly has eeked to a 2 pound loss and I afraid that it will slow even more!
I am so happy that the scales keeping going down each week, and I have not yet stalled, but I would sure like to get it moving again without having to "diet"!

The only 2 things I know for sure 'cause I've seen it myself is get your protein in and exercise. good luck, my scale is moving down again thanks to these 2 points. Fitday.com really helped me see what I was eating, I didn't eat enough protein. I was only eating about 50g a day. Now I'm up to 70-80g and really loosing again. Eve
Thanks Eve. You know, I wondered if it was my lack of protein lately. I stopped taking my supplement, so I actually started back on the protein bullets yesterday.
I REALLY need to exercise more regularly, but I just would rather go outside and play since it is so nice. We just bought a pool and it is being installed this week so I hope that will help me get in some more intentional exercise!
