Mary,
I assure you that you can't be eating too much since you have lost 91 pounds in 4 months.
But in answer to your question....
I almost always start my day with about 30-32 ounces of decaf herbal tea and I pour some GNC Liquid Protein in it. Three days of the week, I head straight out the door to go to an all over workout using free weights. Then midmorning I usually have some super crispy bacon and an egg or a slice of cheese or the rare high fiber cereal.
For my lunch, I just have some sort of protein: cottage cheese, meat, etc.
For dinner I have beans, veggies, and more protein.
Some days I eat more and some days I eat less. I just worry about getting the protein in. I tend more toward veggies if I gave myself a choice. And some days I add an extra meal depending on whether I am hungry.
I also do a Curves workout 3 times a week and walk at a 3 mph pace when I can.
And of course I drink my water and take my vitamins faithfully.
But I assure you that you are doing fabulous and you are right on track.
