I am starting my cycle and I worked out last week, so I am hoping that is the culprit of only loosing 1.4 lbs. I am glad to be in the 170's, but I was hoping to be closer to 175...I have to get more off to reach my goal of 165 before my Belize trip. I want to be in size 14's by May 14th so I can buy a few new outfits to take with me.
I will be happy with whatever weight loss, I just hate to by any 16's when I know 14's are around the corner.
Looks like everyone has done really well this past week! I am dancing along with those of you who are celebrating.
And for those who are in stall or are trying to make it desperately to your next goal..I am sending you some dust to help you make your dreams come true this week.

I was thinking of you when I sent the dust, since I saw you and a few others were so so close.
No, I didn't really plan the 14's and 14th together, I just know that I need at least 4 days to shop, so just picked the 14th to give me enough time. Right now I am sweating bullets that my passport comes to me on time. I had to expedite it and it's almost been two weeks, so I hope they get it to me soon.
I wish you lots of luck this week. I remember how great it felt to get on onederland.

Sorry to be so late! Down only 1.5 lbs. this week--waiting, waiting, waiting for my visit from "Aunt Flo." Maybe this is menopause????? Anyway--
