I won't lie it got a little hard near the end of the week but I stuck it out and what a payoff. I am going back to regular food this week and maybe try it again next week. I felt stuffed all the time but eating so regularly really keep my energy up to do the workouts.

Good Morning! I hope everyone had a wonderful week! Here are my stats for this week! Highest Weight 264 lbs. Day of Surgery 263 lbs Last Week 200 lbs. This week 197 lbs 3 pound loss and I made it to ONEderland!!!!!!!!!!!!
