My goodness, How quickly you can turn around a difficult time. After incorporating my eating plan, exercise was the next item to expand. I have done 2 resistance training sessions, walked for 1 hour 4 times, rode my bike for 30 minutes twice. In the last week. I weigh in today. I am fully confident I will surpass the 460 lbs. Or 100lbs lost. This weight has been the most difficult to mentally and physically attain. After being mentally down for a couple of weeks 2 months out from surgery I have made a transformation. I seem to learn best from my own experiences good or bad. I am now riding the positive weightloss wave. I know I will wipeout along the way, Exercise is the key to getting back on the board. Having survived through this has made me stronger. The endorphines released while exercising deffinately make a huge change in my demeanor and wellbeing. I feel stronger physically and mentally. Tighening up my body with core body trainning makes the mid section area a strength instead of my weakness. I love loose skin and the wrinkling caused by my efforts.
