Monday Morning Weigh Ins
Morning Everyone!
I did good this week. Kept my protein intake between 70-100 g. I worked out, doing both cardio and weight training. I think I am going to stop the weight training for about 6 weeks. I will stick to strictly cardio. Im aftraid that the weight training is not causing my numbers to be as high. My results for the week are below.
Beginning Weight. 377.7
Surgery Weight: 377-375
Last Week: 318.8
This Week: 314.4
Loss: - 4.4 (Not too bad... even though I want to get back to my -7 lbs/week)
Total Loss: 62.6
My 3 month appointment with my doctor is Wednesday, even though my 3 months isnt until April 30/ May 1. I want to have lost the reamining 14.4 lbs by then. Wish me luck and favor.

Way to go Stephanie! I had a slow losing week. I broke out with hives and ended up having to limit my exercise as the hives would get really bad after exercise. Ugh! Saw my surgeon Thursday, he thinks I may be reacting to my Actigal, so I'm off of that for a week to see if the hives clear up, then back on it next week to see if they come back.
Here's my numbers, I'm hoping to see that -50 lb mark by next Monday!

Yeah - 3.5 lbs!!! I can't believe I'm in the 30's - it's been years since I've been here.

Happy Monday everyone!! Bravo to all of us for being losers for another week. I too have found that I lose a few pounds quickly when I eat a few carbs...though I know long term it would come back to bite us in the rump. But, it seems like a little increase in carb intake once in a while gives the weight loss a boost.
I had a good week..didn't exercise as much as I should have, but, it's a new week..I'll try again. I'm down another 3.6 lbs this week.

I had a really bad week- but i did learn a few things...
For those of us who wished we dumped but don't- even though you don't dump with all the stuff that goes with dumping- you may get some serious diarrhea!!!
Supplementing is the only way that I can get all the protein in- and the protein seems to keep my hunger at bay.
I can't keep so many snacks in the house- which is hard with 5 kids- especially the triplets- but it will be healthier for us all.
