Monday Morning Weigh Ins
Happy Monday Morning!! Hope you all had wonderful weeks! This week I incorporated some different foods such as milk and cereal and more carbs and it seemed to work out for me. So maybe I was being too restricted to started with or something but I lost 5.4 lbs! I have not lost more than 3 lbs in over a month so of course I am excited! Talk to you all later.

Hey Janie! I was trying to keep my carbs under 20 grams a day and that just was not working. My nutritionist told me I was probably not eating enough (and she has been telling me that forever) but I was skeptical. Me not eating enough?? Never thought I would hear that from anyone!! lol But I add more to my diet (the good ones) and I noticed a difference. It could be that I was due to break thru from the 1-2 lb range but I will take it!!

Wow Stephanie you did great last week. I also am afraid of carbs. I also can't stand meat or fish so I get most of my protein with unjury. I need to mix things up and start eating real food. I was excited though... I hit the 160's. I am so pleased I did this surgery. It is still work but well worth it. Best of all my Diabetes is gone. Plus I am off all meds for other medical problems.
