Update on workout and wooooohooo I did lose
Hey everyone. I think the work out definitely helped I got on the scales the next morning and had lost 2 1/2 lbs....wooooohooooo!!! Did my work out again today and I must say I am having more energy during the day. I am still sticking real close to the protein thing. I still have less then 50 grams carbs each day and I also started keeping track of my calories and think I am just not getting enough yesterday I only had 650 calories.

Good job Anna! I went for a looooong walk with my kids on Tuesday when it was so nice out and I felt so much better on Wednesday. Of course I worked Wed. so I did not exercise. I am going to shoot for 5 times a week. We'll see!!!
I think the fact that you are doing less than 50 carbs a day is great! I started journaling again and I found that I seem to range about 60 carbs, 80+ protein, and around 900-1100 calories. Do you know what the targets are supposed to be for this point of the game? You seemed to indicate that 650 is too little calories?

Sounds like you're eating about what I am. Sometimes I shoot up to 800 or 1000 calories, but that's on a really out of the ordinary day.
I was pretty excited yesterday because I was able to do 30 sweaty minutes on the eliptical. When I first started working out I could only do maybe 5 and that killed me! Feels great, doesn't it????
