Okay folks I am finally able to do a regular workout and am very interested if this will get me off the stall I've been on. I didn't lose a singe thing this last week and only lost 1lb each week for the two weeks before. I sure hope this kicks my metabolism in the rear. Anna

Hey Anna! Good luck! You know I am right there with you. I have been losing 1. something pounds for the last few weeks too. And I figured I need to change my work out too. I am also trying to eat a wider variety of foods. Keep us posted on how your work outs are coming along. And I glad that your foot is better!!

Hi Anna - Glad to hear your able to start working out again - I guess the ankle is doing well? I also started changing my workout. I'm doing more kickboxing classes w/ weights. I hope this changes things for me as well. I'm also trying alot more food, my dr. wanted me to try pasta and rice and bread - which I have tried and I can handle fine - in very small amounts. However - he did say that once you start incorporating more carbs, you can start to see a slower loss. I think I'm going to reduce my carbs again and go back to mostly protein and fruit and veggies and see if that helps me lose more again. Glad to hear your got your groove back on.......good luck this week Marta

Hey Anna - good luck with the new workout. That should help a lot. Stalls are so normal though, try not to think about it too much. I know that's easier to say than do BUT it's true!!

You GO girl! Margaret p.s. I thought of you yesterday during the whole VT horror, knowing you lived not too far from there. Praying here for the whole community.

I am with you! I have been stuck at 2 pounds for a few weeks and I have decided that I really need to change something to try to get back into the 3-4 pound range. My dietician has stressed many times that the first 6 months are the critical time... today is my 3 month anniversary and I don't want to look back in another 3 months and feel like I did not do my best!
