I don't mean to complain.... but I'm freezing and I can't take it anymore. I freeze all day long at work, I walk around w/ a scarf on and wish I could wear my coat. At home, I crank the heat and my hubby is always screaming " why is it so hot in here?" At night I use flannel sheets and a down comforter and I still have to snuggle real close to hubby for warmth. I wonder when it is 90 degrees out will I still be freezing? Sorry - I just had to vent.... not many people understand why I'm always cold - but I know that you guys understand..... Marta

Marta, Honey I feel your pain. Here I sit at my desk with jeans on a tank top with a long sleeved short over it and freezing. It is 80 degrees outside but I am still cold. I never thought I would look forward to summer but I do now!!! Sandy

you might want to have your iron checked.

The cold thing comes and goes with me... If I take a really hot bath it warms me up- I know- not possible at work... Holly

Funny you should bring this up. I suffer from this inner cold that goes down to the bones. I just heated up a cup of ginger tea and I'm not even a tea drinker. But when I get this really bad chill I know it's time for a cup. I hear alot of people say the same thing about the chill. My iron is not a problem. I guess its from adjusting to shedding the fat coat. If you know what I mean. I think the body goes thru lots of adjustments with the fast weight loss. I find myself off balance now and then. Take care and best of luck. Eve

Hi - I actually started drinking tea as well ( I can't drink coffee anymore _) It does seem to hit the spot when I'm shivering away. My iron is not a problem either - I just had all my blood work done. I just hope that it the weather warms up real soon - that might help. Marta
