Hi all, I thought I'd post a couple of WOW moments I had this weekend but didn't want this thread to be all about me - so I'm asking if y'all have some WOW's to share as well! For Easter services at church this Sunday I wore a size 16 suit that I haven't worn in 3 years - and back then it was tight! It was pretty exciting that it fit and looks great now! I also had at least 2 (I think it was 3) people come up to me and ask if I had been losing weight....that's a first for me since surgery. I'm down 46 lbs and 2 sizes and no one has said a word until this Sunday! Feels great! Share some WOW's!!! It's encouraging to all of us! Margaret

Margaret- Congratulations on your "moment"! That is wonderful. To church on Sunday, I wore a skirt that I bought several years ago, but it was mail order and was too small... well now it is a little too big. I also wore a new size 2X shirt that I had just bought, so I was pretty jazzed too since pre-op I was 3X/4X! (I also had an RNY on 1/17). Congrats again! Belle

Hi! Margaret! That had to have felt good!! I love lounge wear and last night I put on a pj set that my mom had given me sometime last year...it was a 3x and I had never worn it because the pants were too tight..you know lounge wear should be loose and comfy...so I decided to try the pants on yesterday and they were too big!! I was like wow!! I was really excited about that. I wore them but they were about to fall off!! And it felt really good.

Hey Stephanie. my husband bought me a pair of silk pajamas (size 3X) about 3 yrs. ago that I've never been able to wear, now they also are too big!! I bought a new skirt for Easter and it was a size 14/16 I haven't worn that size since the 9th grade! Also, my size 18 (down from snug 22) jeans that I've hung onto forever now fit comfortably and the butt is getting really loose. I never thought my upper thighs and butt would go first Not that I'm complaining at all. I was going to order a new skirt set from JMS (just my size) online and discovered that the smallest size they have is 18/20...its too big for me! I was disappointed though, I really like it! Those are some of my wow moments. Its really amazing how far we've all come in such a short amount of time. I'm down 35lbs. and 30 1/2inches...that's more than I've ever lost at one time. I may be a slow loser, but I'm still a loser! Take care everybody, Denise

Great topic Margaret. I felt my hip bone the other day and thought it might be a growth or tumor or something. Hehe. Also I can feel my collar bones now. Keep on Truckin' in the direction of your dreams... Evelyn

Great WOW moments everyone. I'm feeling so much better everyday and I am noticing things like my wrists oare smaller, my rings are losser, I can feel my rib cage and my shoulders are thinner. Little things like that. I have to say that my biggest one is fittng into a size 14 jeans and the butt and legs are starting to get loose. But not the tummy. I wonder if that is the last to go?
