Monday Morning Weight In!
Congrats on the 7 pound loss this week! Very impressive....I think I may be a bit jealous LOL. I totally agree with the theory of increasing protein and water intake...it does seem to keep me losing fairly steady. Unfortunately for me, the exercise doesn't seem to make a lick of difference, though. At least not yet.

The last few days, more than ever before the scale is NOT my friend. It's been moving up and down by 3-5 pounds each day...I just don't get it. I usually mentally expect a small change from morning to night, but not really an increase from one morning to another. But today hurt I'm getting closer to Onderland and now the weight is grasping the walls of my insides saying NOOOOOOOOOOO I CAN'T GO NOW!!!!!!!!!! Knowing full well I want nothing more than to lose that last few pounds to send me to the "other side"

I noticed last night that my weight had gone up and I did REALLY well yesterday. All I ate was 1/2 of a slice of ham, 2 tbsp. green beans, 1 tbsp. corn, 2 tbsp. potatoes. My hubby's weight went up too, so I can't complain too much
