what did yall eat today?

I am soooo jealous!!!! I have been pretty much eating yogurt, chili, cheese, cottage cheese and soup beans. I can not tolerate eggs anymore. I havent really received much help from the Dietician at the doctors office. I did make some of those protein balls but then got toooooo scared to try one. I was told to stay away from pasta, rice and Bread type products. I read several replies on here about the "lowcarb tortillas"... I would love to try one but again too scared to do so. The only number that I know really about is that I am suppose to have between 70-80 grams of protein a day. I dont know how much carbs or any of the other stuff I am suppose to limit myself too each day. The turkey bacon sounds yummy....I think I will try some of that. I had a Lap-RNY done on January 23rd this year. If anyone has any help out there it would be greatly appreciated.
