Hi folks. It has been so long since I've been here. It's crazy at work and very little time for anything else. Preparing to go out-of-state for a business trip most of next week then I get to take vacation and we are going to Reno/Tahoe for another week. Can't wait. Things are going well. I am down 31.5 lbs and living healthier every day. I hope you are all doing well. Darla
