Slow loser checking in here!! I think I must be the slowest loser in the bunch..... I'm not discouraged this week as I've been across the country visiting my mom, haven't exercised in a week, flew home yesterday and am dehydrated and swollen. I'm focusing on fluids and protein today, and will pick up exercise tomorrow. Highest Weight 271 Day of Surgery 266 Last Week 233 (? I think...I didn't check) This week 231 Down 40 total, 35 since surgery. Dr's goal is -58 by 4/17...I'm still shooting for that and am praying diligence over the next few weeks will get me there. Ok so I am a day late.... and really depressed!! I got on the scale yesterday and it said 196... what!! 196... only one pound of weight loss since last Monday. I think I have finally hit a stall. Any suggestions?

Stalls are normal! Although I did hear it's not a stall unless the scale hasn't moved in 3 weeks!!! Try uping your protein and water! It'll move, it has too, we're not eating enough to gain weight! Hang in there!

Hi Martha! Hope you recouperate quickly from your cold!! An dthe scale is moving so you are doing great!! You are down almost 50 lbs!! Way to go!!
