I am so not looking to Monday Morning Weigh Ins! :sniff:
there are millions of reasons why you might not have lost more than a lb. is it THAT time of the month or close to it? you getting all your water in? getting all your protein in? maybe you arent eating enough. i have noticed if i dont eat enough that i dont lose. my body will go into starvation mode. i have to eat at least 1000 calories a day. i understand about the stalls...ive had a few since surgery and they are very discouraging. hang in there! it will happen.
I feel the same way!! I work out and try to eat right but the scale just barely moves!!! Maybe not eating enough does play a factor...last week I was not feeling well due to my vitamins and calicium supplements and did not feel like eating...and I noticed I loss less weight this week than the last two weeks. Also my cycle was last week *so hopefully that is the culprit* and I did not have a good work out week...so heres hoping for a better week this week!! Let us know when you get under 190!!

Hi again...here is something else I remember...i read someone where that you know we lose weight based on the amounts we weigh..so the lower your bmi gets..the slower you weight loss will be..some guys has a big long story posted on here somewehre talking about weight loss and percentages and bmi..it is very interesting and makes a lot of sense...I will try and find it and send it to you! So keep up the good work!
Hey Stephanie - thanks!!! I sometimes wonder if I'm getting too many calories (900) or not enough. I get mixed answers too. Some people at this stage were only eating 700 calories and some over 1000, so go figure. I'm hoping this week is a better one. I have up'd (sp?) my exercize a little more so hopefully it'll kick in!!!
Boy Janie, you took the words right out of my mouth. I feel the exact same way. I think I am not eating enough. But I just feel like I can't fit anything else in.... never thought I would say that. Plus I think mine has to do with the fact that I am wearing this boot for my broken foot. Sigh....just 2 more weeks and I hope to get out of it and back into a workout routine. Hang in there....it will happen.
