How do you make the peanut butter protein balls? I would like to try them.

I am a Lap Band patient, so it's a bit different.
I had my water, my protein drink
2 tapioca puddings ( no sugar added) 4 oz each
1 mcdonalds grilled snackwrap ( not the wrap, just chicken and cheese and lettuce)
1/2 slice of full grain bread ( NOOOOOOOOOOT a good choice, paid for it)
chicken salad mix ( chickenbreast, mayo and apple in the magic bullet)
