pain management docs in dfw area

I have chronic pain not from the surgery but, from my arthritis. I am in need to now see a pain management doctor. I am possibly looking at knee replacement surgery now and my pain level is at all time high. I have fibromyalgia and a bad spine so all these factors add to my pain. I am unable to take any codeine products so it limits me as my surgeon is concerned about irritation of my pouch with repetitive oral pain meds. So I will need to explore patches I suppose. Being new to the DFW area I would appreciate any recommendations that anyone might have. Thanks, Karen
