Another WOW moment....this could have been very embarrassing

I think this is so funny and could have been most embarrassing. Long story short, it was a warm day here in Oregon and after an afternoon of shopping for some new clothes, I got home and started in search of some shorts. I usually wear jean shorts so after putting on 4 different pair, I found a pair that were still too big but "seemed" OK. My phone rang and I have this habit of pacing the house when I'm on the telephone chatting away and walking. I kept pulling up my shorts on the sides since they seemed to want to slip down just enough to make them feel uncomfortable. Suddenly, I began to belly laugh when my shorts ended up at my ankles...it happened so fast I didn't see it coming. Fortunately, I was not in the presence of anyone else....could you imagine the embarrassment that would have caused? Wow moments are not only WOW, they are also so unexpected....what will happen next? I'm sure it won't be losing my pants,,,,I will be MEGA careful now....

I sure will. I posted this mostly as a warning to everyone and to hope to spare them some embarrassment. OMG could you imagine???? I'm so THANKFUL I was at home and all alone. I have been heavy for so long I guess I never realized something could actually be that loose..... then when I went shopping yesterday with one of my WLS friends, we were both so lost in the store. We didn't even know where to begin since we didn't know our size....we laughed about it......it was the strangest feeling.

Watch out everyone, we have a flasher in the house! Too funny, but definitely a WOW moment. Congratulations on a successful weight loss journey. Stories like these just make it all seem worth while. I can hardly wait to experience some WOW moments. Debbie G
