When can we take bubble baths?

i can't remember 4 or 6 weeks, my incisions are well healed, can hardly tell... I want to soak so bad!!!!! Anyone remember?

My doctor cleared me for baths at my 10 day post op. I'd say as long as your incisions are healed, go for it! Margaret

I was told once my staples and steri strips were finished, baths were OK. I'm sure you are good to go by now. Darla

My doc said 2 weeks. You want to make sure that the incisions are tightly healed because bathwater can introduce bacteria and you don't want that. I really relished that first bath post-op.
