HUGE day for me today!!!!!!

This morning was like every other morning. I got up, brushed my teeth, and thought about getting ready for work. Then I was standing in front of the bathroom mirror (but not looking) rummaging through the drawers when I happen to glance up at myself. Now Normally, I would catch a glimpse of myself, shudder in agony, and look away. But today I realized, I DON'T LOOK FAT ANYMORE!!!!! Wow what a feeling not to be replused. I am so happy. Who would have thought that losing 40lbs would feel so good. I wish you ALL this feeling of joy and appreciation for yourselves. My self-esteem was soo low I needed a shovel to find it, and it feels good to get some confidence back. Crystal 248/208/125 starting/current/goal
