Wow Moment for me:)

I went to fashion bug plus today and wanted to get me a pair of pants for work...guess what....I can fit in a size 26 jeans ( 32W before) and a stretchy 22/24 pair of slacks. I also bought 2 tops in size 22/24w where before I was wearing a 30w... wootwoot! I am sooo proud!

That's great news!! I can't wait to do the shopping thing. I'm still shopping in my own closet wearing clothes from the last time I lost weight. Keep up the great work! Jen

I went to Fashion Bug 2 nights ago, and I also got a pair of pants and 2 tops. Wooohoo! Coincidentally, while I was in there another woman was talking about how she'd had gastric bypass 4 years ago, and she'd just had a tummy tuck. The clerk then told us that she estimated about 40% of her customers there have had the operation. (FYI, lol) I think I'm about the same size-wise. I was a 30/32 before, and now I'm a 26/28. Yay for us!

That's wonderful. How very exciting !!! I have only lost 1.5 lbs in the last 3 weeks and my RNY was on 1/24/07 yet I am losing inches like crazy...go figure! (no pun intended) This crazy journey is just full of surprises. Keep up the great work. Here's to you!! Darla

Congratulations Gina, that is wonderful! I'm so happy for you!!! Like Jennifer, I am still shopping in my closet; however, items that I thought would carry me into spring are too big in the top and sliding off my shoulders. Nothing tastes as good as thin (thinner!) feels! Joy for the journey! Faith
