WOW for me!

I lost 2lbs so far this weekend so hopefully that means my stall is over, but whats even better than that- I stopped taking my blood pressure pills LONG ago against medical advice and it was deathly high- like 144/120, I should have been in the hospital...but now the last four times Ive taken it, its been near perfect 110/62!!! Andd my pulse which was usually between 90-110 is a mere 62 now!! I havent seen those number since I was 11 years old! Thats pretty amazing guys =).

That's great Angela! I'm still waiting for my blood pressure to reach low enough levels to get off the meds. My stall broke this weekend also--2-1/2 lbs.!! Yipee!!
