Start of Stall?????
Could this be the start of a stall? Today was the first time I stepped on the scale and my weight stayed the same! I was not too discouraged though becuase of the other posts that I had read in the group, so I know that this is something that happens. I think this site is so wonderful because if I did not have you guys sharing information, I probably would have freaked out this morning. I will continue to do what I am supposed to do and wait for the stall to be over! Seems that all us January folks are doing well! Keep up the good work!!
Could just be you body taking a short break. I seem to lose weight every 2-3 days. So the scales stay the same for that long then I will usually drop about 3 lbs. I have been at 233 for 3 days now. Hoping to see a drop tomorrow. Seems a lot of peeps are stalling right at 3 weeks though so I need to remain calm tomorrow if it doesn't drop.... I just picture myself running through the house screaming like a mad woman. hehe just a thought that goes through my head. I wouldn't of course but there it is.

This site is so very helpful in lettting you know what to expect!
Good Morning and Happy Valentine's Day.
I knew that there would be times when I would stall. Today starts my 6wk post op. I have lost 21 pounds. During wk 4 I did not loose anything. What I find that works for me is I do not weigh myself but once a week on Monday morning. I did not even buy a scale. When I get to work on Monday I weigh. This works for me because by only weighing once a week, I am not bogged down with staying at a certain weight for a few days. You could try only weighing once a week, you might be more suprised and happy to see that you have lost 3-4 pounds in a week, rather than looking at the scale daily and see the same weight a few days in a role. And remember water and protein intake is essential for weight loss. Good luck and God Bless You! Kim
