What are you eating?
So what are you guys eating now?
I have tried:
refried beans - my favorite
Cream of wheat - once
cottage cheese
Dannon Light & Fit yogurt and smoothie - love the smoothies I drink about half
Cheese
Turkey Deli meat
Tuna
Chicken from homemade soup
turkey meatball w/marinara
hard boiled egg - only thing that didnt sit too well
Tilapia
I have tried about a teaspoon or two full of most of these items, some I can have a bit more like beans and cottage cheese I have about 3 oz.

i can eat everything that you posted plus - veggie burger,kashi oatmeal, deli roast beef, tacos - minus the shell, chili,mashed potatoes, home fries ( very small amount), omlets, anything i make for the family - i try. I still haven't tried bread, crackers, rice or pasta i'm waiting for ok from nut. I go see her tonight.
Well I am still on the liquids phase. I start my soft foods day after tomorrow and I am sure looking forward to it I can tell you. Great post by the way...give me ideas of things I can try. Just now had my veggie soup, it is pretty good and cambells makes it in a drink type can. I can get 3 servings out of one can. In the mornings I don't much feel like eating so I just have a protein shake.

I can pretty much eat anything and that is scaring me to death. I have not eaten any thing containing more than a gram or two of sugar, and everything else is either fat free, sugar free, or both.
Mostly I eat
Eggs
mashed potatoes
turkey
Chicken
wheat pasta cooked mushy
special K protien plus cereal
Dannon Light and fit yogurt and smoothies (LOVE THEM)
I pretty much eat what I make for my family, just a tiny amount and only if it isn't high in fat.

You're a little bit ahead of me time-wise, but I just felt the need to post.
I find that I can eat a lot of things already. Sometimes I wonder if there's something wrong with me. I've eaten all kinds of chicken, tuna and egg salads. Also deviled eggs, deli meats, chili, bites of Arby's roast beef, scrambled eggs, meatloaf (was yummy, but did not sit well), tyson chicken nuggets (breading scraped off), white chicken chili, chicken quesadilla (minus the tortilla).
Does it sound like Im getting ahead of myself?
