We miss you. are you ok?

I'm here hon. Just trying to get rid of some of this pain. Gets better on a daily basis. I was able to go most of the night without another dose of pain meds. So am getting there. So far I am able to eat everything on the list the nutritionist gave to me. I am moving around a lot during the day so know I am getting the walking down. I think I will walk outside if the weather allows today. Thanks for checking on me. I think I will do a roll call to update the list then I will post it when I get it done. How are you doing? How is the weight loss. I am not yet down to what I was the day I went into the hospital. I was at 248 and when I got home it was 259. I expected it so am not bothered by it. My first Post op appointment is 2/6. I am looking forward to that to get an official weight. Sorry I haven't posted in a few days will do better now that I am feeling better!! (((hugs))) Anna

Anna, I'm glad you are ok. I was woried about you. I hope you feel better soon.

Feeling better everyday!! Tomorrow I will be almost like new. I would have been on here earlier today but ate too much then paid for it for about 2-3 hours. Made myself throwup and then napped for a couple of hours and had a hard time waking up. How are you doing? Anna

I too am having trouble with food sometimes I think why bother eating. My water is the only thing that is working for me. I tend to lie down and fall asleep after every meal. I sleep for a couple of hours. Hopefully it will continue to get better. Alice
