Introducing myself

Hi All! Lori recommended this board. I hadn't been here until a couple of days ago. Thanks Lori! I have surgery on Monday the 29th. I am excited I am so looking forward to my new life. And I am glad to find this group. I usually spend my time over on the Texas forum. I look forward to getting to know you all better. Katy (aka Caters)

Hi Katy, Welcome aboard. This January board has been great for me. I had my surgery on Wednesday and it really helped staying in touch with others at the same point in the process as I am in. It's only 4 days later and I'm feeling so much better already. Take care and my goodness, you will be joining us on the losers bence in a short 2 days. Darla

Welcome. My surgery was on 01/17/07 and I posted the day I left and when I got home. You feel connected with other people going thru what you are going thru when you are going thru it. Good luck with your surgery

I am new to all of this as well. I am having VSG on FEb 6 good luck to you and I will be looking for your postings to see how you do.
