BCBC of Oklahoma

Anyone know if BCBS of Oklahoma has an exclusion in it about bariatric surgery? Any information I can get would be greatly appreciated

You need to call your ins company to find out. It depends on your employer, if they made an exculsion to WLS. The number should be on the back of your ins card. I can tell you BCBS Fed it's covered. Sorry i couldn't help more.
