Barix and Personal Choice approval letter question

Hi Everyone! I just received my letter of approval from Personal Choice today and there was a date for surgery being March 15th. Is that my actual date or do they just pick a date to put on paper? Thanks!

They have to put something down for the insurance. At least that is what my surgeons office told me. Congrats on getting your approval!! Anna

My insurance date was Oct 31st, and my surgery was Jan 9th. If your Dr Brader, it could be awhile. I heard he has 150 pts waiting right now.
